Marine Service Writer/Coordinator
Description: We are looking for a dependable, experienced, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, individual to oversee the Diagnosis, Repair, Prep, and Recondition of our new, used, and customer's boats in the range of 17'-30'. Responsibilities: Customer Service, Ensure Work Production, Processing Work Orders, and Warranty Administration. Supervise 1-6 employees, maintain a clean and orderly service, parts, and warranty department. We offer the opportunity to have fun. Salary & Benefits, Weekends a must, Full Time, Year Round employment.
Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills, Good time management, Excellent computers skills, Three to five years boating or automotive experience, Preferable with knowledge of stern drives and outboard engines (but not necessary), Organized, A strong attention to details, Excellent people skills, Self- starting and a team player.
