1. You have purchased a new boat since Spring 2005

2. You rent a slip for the 2008 boating season

3. Ocean Beach performs all Spring and Fall service to your boat

4. You are a 2007 / 2008 Winter storage customer

Program runs October 1st through September 30th

• 2008 Membership Valid Through December 31, 2008.

• This program cannot be combined with any other offers

• Non-transferable

• Membership can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Management.

• Must be a customer in good standing to participate in membership discounts.

• Membership subject to suspension if customer has an account that is past due.

• 10% discount in marine store cannot be applied towards electronics or any other items specifically identified by Ocean Beach Marine Centers. 10% discount on service labor applies only towards services performed by Ocean Beach Marine Centers. Sublet charges are not eligible for 10% discount.

• Membership card must be presented at time of purchase

• 25 cent discount on fuel is only valid for membership card holder and can only be used for member’s boat stated on back of card

• To be eligible, customer must meet 3 of the 4 listed criteria.

• Final determination of eligibility rests with OBM Management.

• Slip rental must be paid in accordance with Slip License Agreement.

• OBM must perform all Spring and Winter service to your boat to meet the Service Requirement (#3)

• To qualify for Winter Storage, OBM must have signed Winter Storage Agreement with deposit.
